Hey girlies! I just have a question..I know we have to measure amounts of fat free milk, eggs, and bacon. What about the lean meats, green veggies can we have an inlimited amount of those or are they measured as well?
Good question....exactly what does limited mean. Once a week, once a month or just small amounts. I'm anxious to hear if we can have unlimited amounts of veggies as well.

During the first 2 weeks I measured nothing, except made sure I only had 2 slices of turkey bacon a day. Monday will be first week of Phase 2 and maybe I should be more conscious of my portions, but like the book says, I eat until I am no longer hungry. Surprisingly, I am not eating as much as I used too...when I fix my plate, my veggie portions are much more than my meat...when I did WW, most veggies were freebies, so I don't think you can go wrong with eating them until you are full.
