I have a question. I am an exerciser & weight lifter (novice, but I do it regularly). I find on phase 1 I have very little energy for working out.
Are other exercisers experiencing this as well? What are your exercise routines & how do you deal with fatigue? The last time I went through phase 1 I really cut back my exercise but I don't want to do that this time. I could answer my own question and just add in some cereal or something before working out. I'm curious what others have to say. Thanks!Anne




not me but I do have a treadmill in my bedroom if that counts. 



And then I came home and ate about what I ate yesterday.
