Hi girls,
I have a couple of VERY IMPORTANT questions (*giggle*) I wanted to ask you and I am wondering if you could help me out....
1) I hate to shop for bras but I really need to... Do you have any suggestions for me? Bras that you love, that fit well and that doesn't look like your 85 years old?? Please tell me....
2) I've read the if you eat 1700 calories a day and you burn 2000 calories a week, you are sure to loose weight...Do you believe that and do you think it means if you workout more, you will loose more?
