    not enuf water today! forgot my water bottle at home and that just threw me off for the whole day! Trying to catch up but don't want to be in the bathroom all night!

  • Ok here goes...I am watching my carbs on the south beach diet so hopefully the 2 combined will help me reach the 10 pounds I have left to lose

  • Star - what kind of pizza?? How do you do it...the pounds just keep falling off!! Your my hero!!

    Dinner last night - not good - 1/4 cup each of blueberries, strawberries, & raspberries + 2 slices low carb toast w/butter - I think about 15 carbs ughhh!

    Breakfast:
    bacon, 3 eggs - 1.2

    Lunch:
    salad, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, ranch dressing - 3.75
    steak
    strawberries w/whipped cream - 5

  • Lori - I make my own pizza using CarbSense garlic and herb pizza crust mix and then the regular "stuff". My personal favorite is sausage, pepperoni, and black olives. Yum! I think I'm metabolically lucky and I don't have too hard of a time losing the weight this way. I don't ever "cheat" though I do sometimes have a negotiated treat, like a little bit of popcorn every few months. And exercise!!! You can't boost that metabolism without getting you some muscles
