Good morning ladies. It's snowing here this morning. Nothing too treacherous, just enough to make things looks bright and clean, and for DH to finally put the new snowblower to the test tonight - provided it doesn't turn to rain.
How was your weekend? The highlight of mine was going to the doctor yesterday and getting antibiotics for this cold which was not getting any better. They're already making a difference; I feel almost human today.
I also weighed in on Saturday. Down .2 - not great, but at least in the right direction. I got the fast track material but haven't decided yet whether I want to try it. I have resolved to weigh-in every week til I reach my personal goal. That should help to keep me on track.

as long as you're doing things to use up the energy. Eight miles - I'm impressed.
Would dearly love not to have to pay, but I think that's expecting a bit much.


I've lost 7.8 using the High Protein plan. I'm finished with the 2 weeks so now I'm going to incorporate some "regular" meals i.e. recipes into the daily plan. I want to maintain here
