Why do I still feel hungry??

  • Sometimes after I eat I still feel hungry? Am I eating the wrong things? Here is an example of what I eat.

    Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/chopped onions, jalepenos and cilantro
    de caf coffee with sweet and low and dry creamer

    snak: String cheese

    Lunch: Salad w/ cucumbers, tomatoe and red onion and tuna diet caf-free
    diet pepsi

    snak: tsp of peanut butter small scoop of cottage cheese

    Dinner: chicken breast, steamed broccolli, cucumbers, tomatoe, red
    onion w/ lemon juice

    Dessert: Sugar free popcicle
    the hunger is not all the time only at times, after I eat I do have a full feeling but sometime shortly after I am hungry. Any suggestions?
  • Are you drinking enough water? A lot of times we confuse thirst with hunger. You may not that your thirsty, but your body becomes dehydrated long before the thirst kicks in.
  • I drink water maybe just not enough, I'll increase the water and see ow that works.
  • I was going to suggest water too. Let us know if it helps.
  • Also - you might be hungry, or you might just be craving carbs. When I want carbs, I want EVERYTHING. You can also try to add some good fats to your meals. You look a little light on the calorie side, and increasing good fats will also help you stay full.
