I currently weigh 211 and I'm 5'5" tall. I do hide my weight well and most people guess I'm around 170 or so...don't I wish
!! My goal is to get to 130 or so...right now I'd even be happy with 140!! I wear the biggest sweaters and shirts I can find to hide my flab and it's just not flattering to me at all and makes me look bigger than I am!!I've tried every diet under the sun and currently have been stuck for about a year trying to do Atkins with no success. I'm still trying to decide how to "diet" and am thinking of just giving it a go on my own...filling my calories into fitday.com and see how that works. Does anyone have any ideas for me? What has worked for you?
