  • Resurrecting the Valentine's Day Challenge...

    How's everyone doing on their challenges? I'm making progress, it's just kind of slow. I lost one pound this week, so I've lost 4.5 pounds for the challenge. But, my goal is to lose 15! So, I've got 10.5 more pounds to lose! I've got to get busy and get losing!
  • I never joined the V-Day challenge, but now that the boards are starting from fresh, I'm going to start from fresh too.
    By Valentine's day, I would like to weigh under 150 lbs. I would like to have started going to classes at my gym regularly, and I would like to have started using my pilates tapes and my balance ball tapes.

    Classes taken: 1 (1, ever!!)
    Videos done: 1 (out of 4)
  • My 15 pound goal would have put me at 140, but 139 sounds so much better so that's what I'm shooting for.

    10 pounds to go!!!
  • Okay, I'm going for 219. I'm with StarPrincess - that one lb. makes it sound so much better. That's about 10 lbs. - still haven't weighed in for EVER but tomorrow night is the night!
  • my v-day goal is 170. that's 10 pounds, which is steep for me. i'm a slow loser.

    My goal is to make it down to 129 pounds by Valentine's Day. I've been floating between 131.5 and 133.5 for the past month, I'm going to break out of the 130's this time!

    I'm getting so close to my goal that it's really hard not to get complacent with how I look. I don't have the same motivation that I did when I started trying to lose weight and was really unhappy with my body and fitness level.
  • i cant remember if i joined the V-day challenge or not, i think I did lol. I supposedly lost 4 lbs this week, probably water because i was on my monthly most of the week, lol. but still down from 245 lol. that only leave 6 lbs to go to my 10lbs for the challenge. If i keep losing weight rapidly, i'll have to change my goal for the challenge!

    So, since I don't, I will now set my goal for 160, that is eight lbs, I can do that....

  • I did two tapes! One last night, and one this morning. I am very proud of myself.
    Still the same Pilates tape--I want to master it before I move on to the other 3 tapes I have--but writing it down as my goal here definitely motivated me to do it! good luck everyone!

    I am offically sucking at this challenge. I have actually gained a pound!!
    Yesterda was my birthday - I truned 25!! It is a "milestone"birthday.... I feel like I am really an adult now... which is weird, because I have had all of the trappings of an adult for years, but yesterday it was like, whoa - I am an adult!
    So, today I renewed my V-Day challenge with vigor!
    I weigh 182 pounds today so that is my start and my goal is 10lbs by V-Day!!
    I know I can do it!!!

    I think I joined the challenge too, right before the big yucky crash. Anyway, I will set my goal at being *168* by Valentine's Day! Gosh, the 160's sound SO GOOD right now! That's an even 10-lb. loss from now 'till then--should be do-able. Anyway, I weigh in tomorrow morning so we'll see how much closer I get to the V-day goal!
  • I'm going to try to lose 10 lbs by Valentine's Day.

    I'm currently at 187... I've been in the 180's for quite some time now, it'll be nice to see the 170's and hopefully motivation to keep on goin'!
  • My Valentine Goal is losing 4 pounds.
    I also am going to start exercising for at least 4 hours everyweek and start watching my stomach after eating as well

  • I can't remember what my Vday goal was, but i'll say 185 which is about 10lbs.
