Thought I'd start this off with my activity for the day:
run 1 1/3 miles
walk 1 2/3 miles
We did intervals with this: walk a lap, run a lap, walk a lap, etc...

I finally went to aerobics! Well, not actually aerobics. It's called "Skigymnastics" but it's basically aerobics the German way. I think I can say with some confidence that I was the least coordinated person there. Why is it so hard to make my legs and arms do things at the same time? Also, it was very bouncy. We skipped, and jumped, and hopped, and leaped (leapt?). I am going to invest in a better sports bra.
