  • Thought I'd start this off with my activity for the day:

    run 1 1/3 miles
    walk 1 2/3 miles

    We did intervals with this: walk a lap, run a lap, walk a lap, etc...
  • Oops! I posted my Sunday exercise on the wrong thread... I'll post it in the right place now!

    Sunday: 20 minutes of walking
  • Monday:

    40 minutes walking
  • Monday routine
    35 min. elliptical
    25 min. weights

    I wore my new workout shirt that I got on Old Navy clearance for $1.97!!! Felt rather attractive in it....
  • 30 minutes elliptical
    75 situps
    arm weights

  • Check me out! I finally went to aerobics! Well, not actually aerobics. It's called "Skigymnastics" but it's basically aerobics the German way. I think I can say with some confidence that I was the least coordinated person there. Why is it so hard to make my legs and arms do things at the same time? Also, it was very bouncy. We skipped, and jumped, and hopped, and leaped (leapt?). I am going to invest in a better sports bra.

    Hey, check you out! A shirt for less than $2! Why aren't there more shirts for less than $2? The world would be a better place...

    Monday: 1 hour Skigymnastics
  • Tuesday A.M.

    20 min upper body weight training
    40 min walk to school
  • Monday's exercise:

    30 minutes of walking

    Jen: Love the deal!! Old Navy has some great buys sometimes -- I got a shirt for 99 cents there on clearance!
  • Getting back into my groove today...

    7 minutes jogging
    35 minutes elliptical cross trainer
    40 situps
  • Tuesday's Exercise

    The same thing... 30 minutes of walking
  • Been sick....
    ...unable to exercise! I want to GET BETTER so I can get back to life! So anyway, I wasn't able to exercise Tues., and I won't be able to today, either. I'm hoping that throughout the course of today, I will heal up & tomorrow I can be back to normal! I even had to call in sick today, which you kinda *never* do when you're a teacher....I hate burdening/inconveniencing the other teachers, but I have no business being there today...would probably just get lots of others sick.

  • Tuesdays exercise:

    30 minutes elliptical

    Bit short since I didn't have much time so I had to cut out the weights and situps. Better than nothing though!
  • Wednesday's Exercise
    40 minutes on the glider
    20 minutes of walking
  • 35 minute good brisk walk in the dark with my dog
