Menu 11/9

  • Ok I didn't plan for dinner last night and ended up having pizza
    The plan for today:

    B: coffee, Eggs
    S: string cheese
    L: Tuna & chicken soup
    D: Shrimp & veggies
    S: Almonds

    Water, water, water!!
  • Breakfast: 1 butterfinger smoothie, 2 eggs with cheese on top, yerba mate' tea (I ate in spurts this morning)

    Snack: sf chai tea latte made with skim milk

    Lunch:1/2 ham and cheese sandwitch, apple with pb spread on top, 4 oz diet soda

    Snack: sf/ff pudding

    Dinner: my own concotion of sausage fried up and then I added a bunch of veggies to it pretty good. Then I screwed up and had 4 biscuits. I am starting to get a headache and I am suprised I am not in a carb coma yet

    Treat: probably not gonna have one

    What is a Butterfinger Smoothie, Emily? It sounds delish, but can we have it on SBD?

    I did fine yesterday sticking to my menu...even with DH being ill, and cranky. But, this is how my day has gone so far.....

    B: Hard boiled egg, and coffee.
    S: none
    L: Here's where I messed up big!! On the way home from
    church, I picked up Chinese to take home for DH and myself.
    I had the works!!!
    The rest of my day will be OP as follows.....
    D: Spinach salad, baked skinless chicken breast, and
    cauliflower.

  • This whole weekend has not been an OP time for me. Not totally bad, but just not well organized. Being all day at the Fall festival, I couldn't eat just what I wanted. Tried an experiment last night by combining Wwheat and regular pasta. Put Cheesy Alfredo Portabella sauce and shrimp over it. It was good. I get a yearning for pasta now and then and just can't take the WWheat unadulterated. And today we had 'finger food' after church, with a ministry fair, so that was appetite killer specials. Just had a chicken salad when we got home. And with a small group meeting tonight that will be more appetite killers. : So I will put out my menus starting on Monday.

  • You don't even want to know what I had today, besides an awful hangover. :-D I felt so crappy I didn't even care. I had about a gallon of peppermint tea, macaroni and cheese, and a bunch of buttered white toast with strawberry jam. Oh, and then I had a chai with a cinnamon swirl muffin. Way to go, me! I guess I just hop back on the wagon tomorrow, and try to stay on for at least two weeks this time!
  • Breakfast was chicken apple sausages -0- carbs
    lunch - 2/3 cup atkins cereal with 1% 1/3 c organic milk
    s 2 - low carb sf snickerdoodle cookies
    Dinner roasted chickpeas and chicken breast baked with spices, lemon and olive oil....yum

    I have no idea if I am doing SBD, I am doing something.....ouy!
