My first 21 day challenge
Start: Sunday November 9, 2003
End: Saturday November 22, 2003
This is what I will be working on doing every day for 21 days:
a) daily devotion for 30 minutes
b) treadmill for 30 minutes
c) free weights
d) walking at rec plex on days that hubby is home
e) 5 8oz glasses of water each day
f) Rather than 'bread' which is a trigger food for lunch I will be having soup and a muffin
g) Salad with dinner
Am looking forward to seeing some changes in how I look and how I feel by the end of this challenge.

I just saw your post... and I wasn't sure if you knew that there was a 21 day challenge already in progress and that you're more than welcome to join us there!! We have everyone at different stages of the 21 days..... I had just finished my 21 days for third time and feeling good about it.
I think your goals are great,,, it's a lot to do all at once, but if you can do it--- fantastic!! We'll cheer you on.
Anyway.. please join us, we'd love to have you there!!
