Food companion question

  • Does the food companion contain points for combination foods and a variety of foods (like the previous 123 book) or does it only provide points for grocery packaged items?
  • It should be the same as the previous one. They have always been the same for years with a few minor changes.

Here is some of the changes for this year:

Here are some changes in the food points from the Week 1 book from last year vs. the new Week 1 book for Flex Points. There are many new food entries in the new book that weren't in last year's book however there have been quite a bit of point changes, serving size changes, and some additional clarification on things like carrots and onions.
