Jen inspired me with her "No Sweets Challenge." (One of the many ways in which she has inspired me...) What about starting a "Christmas Challenge," too? I've seen lots of people wanting to get to a certain weight by Christmas when they'll see their family. What about setting that goal weight for Christmas or sometime in December and reporting in here to see how we're all doing and encourage each other? Does that sound like a plan?
My goal is to weigh 175 by Dec. 20. Currently, I'm at 185.5, so I've got 10.5 pounds to lose in a little over six weeks -- that's my mini-goal.
Anyone else have a Christmas goal? Post them, and let's start losing and encouraging each other!!
