Hi everyone,
I recently moved from a target of 24 points a day to 22. Having 24 points a day was working really well for me, but with 22 at the end of the day I seem to still be hungry.
I have been overeating for a few days by getting around 24 to 25 points a day. I've been feeling really bad about it. My flex points are going pretty quickly which leaves no room for the weekend.
So, I guess my question is do you think if I continue to eat at 24 points a day I will not lose weight or will it just be at a much slower pace?
Thanks
Jazze
If 24 worked for you why not earn a couple ActivityPoints a day and just eat the 24. You weren't hungry then right?
If not look at your balance between fats/carbs/protein. Make sure you get some protein at each meal. Make sure you eat 2-3 points a day in real fats to help keep you satisified.
Remember if you EAT BY THE NUMBERS the minimum totals 18 points a day.
COMPLEX CARBS - 6-9 points a day
PROTEIN - 6-8 points a day
FATS - 2-3 points a day
VEGGIES/FRUITS - 0-3 points a day
DAIRY - 4-6 points a day
(6+6+2+0+4 = 18) so at 22 points a day you'd still have 4 points to add a couple of fruits with 2 to spend how you please...maybe that treat.
