  • Welcome Jade.There is nothing that says you have to be a member of TOPS.It's just that most people here are.As for the challenge Sherri does that. Just watch the boards and join in where ever.You will meet some really nice people

    Welcome to our boards. If you are looking for support you have come to the right place. There are a lot of great people here and you will get all the support you could ask for during your good days and your bad.

    If you want there is a secretpal list. I will bring it up again. What that is is that if you want to send and receive little bits of motivation through the week then just sign up by giving us your email address. We send out cards and motivational articles to people every week. It is great to recieve something.

    How it works is when you send something to someone from a secret pal (which would be you) you use your address as [email protected] that way the person you are sending something to doesn't know who it came from. Or if you want them to know then you can just use your email address.

    Welcome again and I do the challange now and it ends at easter time. I will put together another challange after that. But this time it won't be for so long. This time I think we will only go for 4 weeks instead of 13. 13 is too long of a span. But some people are doing great on it and it is a great incentive and you will be lighter at the end of the challange.
