    There's no reason why I can't crank up this week's weigh in thread! Let's work hard to make it a successful week!
  • I'll start this week off with a loss. My TOPS weigh-in resulted in a one-pound loss! TOPS, 3FC, Atkins and my new attitude are definitely agreeing with me!

  • We weigh on Wednesdays, and this week I'm 84.5 kilograms down from 85 last week. We have a sucky non-digital scale with really hard to see marks for each kilo, so the accuracy is questionable. But I'm going to take my half-kilo and be happy anyway! S.O. is down another kilo despite drinking way more than me at the wedding this weekend. So unfair! But at least that means I have a great looking guy.

    Well I weigh on Thursdays usually,and nothing new on the scale. I keep toggling back and forth between 165 and 170, my goal is to be at 160 by the end of this month...so until then, I'm jogging my butt off!

  • i haven't weighed myself because I weighed myself and it seems as though I continue to maintain.
  • Yay! I'm pumped!
    I weighed in this morning to find I've lost 3 pounds!!! So I'm now at 190--and I have 10 more lbs. to my Christmas goal.
    Unfortunately I'm afraid the no-sweets thing probably helped me lose those 3 lbs.! Yikes.
    Anyway, I'm really excited, because next week I get to enter the 180's--I'm SURE I haven't been there since high school.
