Can anyone believe it's alread November??? Where does time go?

Anyway I'm writing this from a hotel room in Flagstaff AZ on our way to our annual convention in Las Vegas. I gues Ole Alvin is trying to prove something on this trip. He's orrdered everything he hasn't eaten for the last 18 months, and in the full SUPER SIZE servings. Of course he hasn't even eaten half of it, but he's ordering like the OLD Alvin did. I sometimes think he does things like that to see if I nag him!!!

Anyway we will be here until Tuesday and then on to Vegas. I have an outlet mall I need to check out on the way, and today we are probally going to go to the Grand Canyon. Right now I'm heading for the exercise room and the indoor pool. I'll check in later and report all my big winnings!

Isn't nagging our husbands our wifely duty? I think it's listed as a rule on the marriage license !

and MarG you are right about the nagging thing....except mine seems to have this great ability to tune me out.

Went for a walk with dh today and drank tons of water. Food was a bit rough but tomorrow should be better!!!
