ok I know this is bad, but how bad?

  • It Halloween, which means candy...it's also the first day of my week which means I ate 27 of my Flex Points already in just this one day. So I know you're really not supposed to do this, but how bad is it that I did?

    I did the same thing last week! 1st day on, and I'd eaten almost all of my flex points! YOWEE! I was careful to eat just to my target point for the rest of the week. The days I exercised, I ate a couple points of that. I was down 1.6, so did alright ...don't panic ...you'll do OK, too!
  • You can use all 35 Flex in way day if that is what you wish. While the candy may not be the most nutritional way to go it is still legal and not bad (as in against the program).
  • Allright, thank you. I feel better now. I know the candy was far from the best thing to eat, but I'm young and its Halloween so I can't beat myself up. Gotta love those Kit Kats.
