Hi ya.
I came across this site and I think its just wonderful. So many things to read and I love all the neat recipes. I have been doing WW for 3 weeks now. I am at home doing it, no meetings. Have only the food companion and the points finder. I have lost 5 pounds thus far. I started out at 158 and am happy with my results.
I look forward with the support and of sharing recipes.

. Congrats on your loss! Sounds like you're doing everything according to plan. I'm pretty new to WW, and am on my 4th week. I weigh-tomorrow at the center as a matter of fact and that's been keeping me away from the halloween candies. (Well OK, I did have one snack-size York peppermint patty, but I stopped there *whew!*)
