Hi everyone! You all seem to be raving about Kashi brand foods - especially the Goodfriends cereal. I live in the UK, and have never heard of it! What is it? What does it have in it? And do you know if anyone over here stocks it? I just love cereal and always have a huge bowl of museli for breakfast, but this stuff sounds really good!
Hi! It is a cereal that is multi grain. It comes in various types. There even is a Kashi that you can cook like a multi grain porridge. I am in Canada and I can only get one type (in Vancouver). I buy the others on trips to the States. It is high in fiber so it makes it a kow point food. Do you have any place where you live that sells American groceries? That would probably be the place that you could find it.
