At one time we all were lost, alone, had frustrations and dreams.
We failed, slipped and harbored inner desires and secrets.

But now, we have 3FC and this SBD thread and each other.

I think she is thanking them for coming into her life.

I think that she is telling them how thankful she is for their friendship. She knows that she can tell them her secrets and thoughts and they will always listen and never judge her.
