Thanksgiving Day Challenge

  • Thanksgiving is exactly 5 weeks from today. What are you willing to do to better your health between now and then?

    I am willing to:

    1) Restart WW at Home with the goal of losing the 5 1/4 pounds I recently gained and an additional 2 3/4 for a total 8 pounds.

    2) drink 64 oz. of water every day.

    3) exercise at least 3 times a week.


    What will your challenge be??
