


) and I went swimming! I swam laps for a full half hour non-stop. I always feel great after I swim. Yesterday I went to the local sport shop and purchased a new swim suit (the lap swimming kind). It wasn't a pretty sight ladies... but once I'm in the water I feel like a dolphin and forget about my cellulite. The only other people there were a group of mentally disabled people and I figured they didn't care about my bootie either. So all in all it was a good afternoon. 

Now I feel REALLY crappy. At least I'm back on the exercise roll...
And I guess its some sort of activity, so that is a good thing, right?
