Thank you all! I had a great birthday, Paul did stay home and did a wonderful job taking care of me and the babies!

I have to tell you all that 37 has been way better than 27 already. I woke up weighing 186 lbs, when last year I was 325!! I feel like I have a future! It makes me want to cry but I feel like I can grow old with my wonderful husband! I used to pray to God at night right before I went to sleep to just get me through the night. I also prayed to make it to 40!
Now I feel so alive and happy. It is hard to put into words what WLS has given me, it has given me my life back.
I had 4 bites of my cake (chocolate overload from Publix) and spent an hour throwing up, was it worth it??? **** NO, but it made me proud to know that my pouch is still working. I am still the dumping queen!!!
Will I do this crazy thing again??? **** yes I am a fat girl at heart and always will be, no matter what the scale says. Thank God my birthday only comes once a year!!!
