Good Morning Lynnie,

I'm up early too but that's bec my body is so use to getting up at this time every day. I just brought my youngest son down to the school to get ready for the band festival today. I am sitting here with coloring in my hair, getting ready to wash it out and get myself dressed and then I'll be heading out to watch them perform today.

I hope to have time (and the energy) to do my strength training when I get back home today.

Hope everybody has a blessed day! It should be beautiful outside here in Louisiana today.

It is a beautiful Fall Afternoon in Ky........................I love Fall!

I made a big pot of chili for supper........smells yummy!

I have baked cookies and brownies for the teens tomorrow night at church and can say honestly I havent even tasted one! Bravo ME!

Tomorrow night we are invited to a semi-formal Surprise B.D. Party for someone at a country club.with a dinner & the works! Sounds like fun! I need to run out and buy some new black hose for it! I will really look spiffy with a finger in a splint..wont I? Ha Ha Ha Hm wonder if I could decorate it with something???
