A Grandma on a Diet!!

  • Actually....its been a Grandma on a thousand diets!

    So I changed my mind and decided not to diet anymore - I am reading the SB Book. I like the foods and I think I will make a life style change to become healthier! (If I lose some weight in the process - more power to me! ) Since I do need to lose about 115 lbs - it will be a lot of power!

    I have enjoyed reading the posts, I have started a journal, I will be starting SB on Monday - after I have a chance to thoroughly go through the book on Sunday!

    I look forward to getting to know all of you! I have been browsing many sites and many message boards - but this seems like a great one!

  • Thanks! I have looked over the Phase 1 list very carefully. Saturday will be shopping day - so it will be fun!

    I am a little nervous, but I am determined to make this happen with as little stress as possible...
