Clean Eats for Wednesday - Oct 15.

  • Here's my plan -
    (had to come back and make a few adjustments)
    AM 1 - 6 egg whites scrambled with 1/2 c steamed green peppers.

    Tri-Cardio

    AM 2 - 4 oz salmon on lettuce salad, 1 c tomato juice

    Getting out of the house - taking 3 oz Mozerella with me in case I get hungry. (And ate it)

    PM 1 - 1/2 c oatmeal w/1 scoop PP, 1/2 c skim (and 1 tblspn of PB ala Tideypoo)

    LBWO - legs and abs

    PM 2 - 4 oz lean steak, 1 red potato with peel dug fresh from our garden, 1 c green beans

    Treat - SF jello
  • 6 whites/ 1 yolk/ 1/2 c. oatmeal
    5 oz. chicken/ 3/4 c brown rice
    small detour bar
    salad, 5 oz. turkey, broc slaw
    sweet potato/ cottage cheese
