Clean Eats for Tuesday - Oct 14.

  • Ok I will go one meal at a time Meg.... Not next week and specially not next Month!! Sheesh why am I getting so far ahead of myself?

    Tuesday
    M1- PP shake and ground flax
    M2- Protein pancake, 1/2c eggwhite, 1/3c CC, 1T oatmeal, 1T ground flax with SF syrup and 1tsp Udos...
    M3- steak 4oz, salad, 1tsp Udos & 1tsp salad dressing...

    #1 -- oatmeal and PP a/k/a Nectar and Ambrosia -- food for the gods

    #2 -- crunchy French toast -- WW bread with egg whites and SF syrup -- testing a recipe

    #3 -- apple, PB, and turkey

    #4 -- salad, chicken breast, and olive oil

    #5 -- cottage cheese a la Mel (minus the PB unless I skip it in #3)

    #6 (post W/O) -- more oatmeal and PP

    My workout partner wants to do shoulders, bi's and tri's today. Weird, but I'll try it. I'll do cardio and calves on my own.

  • Planned my first 3 meals:

    1. Oatmeal and egg whites and coffee ( I am boring, but this is my favorite morning meal)

    2. Shannycakes

    3. 6 muscles for my muscles a big plate of veggies cooked in a little garlic oil with a splash of soy and one (oh the shock) crab rangoon

    4. tuna on a bed of greens with egg whites and oatmeal and little salad dressing

    5. 6 oz of chicken, green beans, and an orange

    6. more Shannycakes? I have my bookclub at 1900 and we usually run long AARGH!

    Workout- 20 min HIIT and 1 hour of Yoga DONE!!!!

  • 6 whites/ 1 yolk/ 1/2 c. cooked oatmeal
    5 oz. turkey/apple
    small detour bar
    5 oz chicken/1/2 cup brown rice/ broc.
    1/2 c oatmeal/ 1 scoop PP/ 1/4 c. CC/ strawberries

    struggling again folks, haven't been able to get out of bed last 2 mornings for exercise
  • M4 -- 1c CC mixed with FF vanilla pudding and 1/4c dry oatmeal...
    M5 --3 oz beef with brussel sprouts and rice...

    It's not a perfect day I could have skipped the rice but it was really good....
  • Better late than. . .

    Started eating late because I was obsessed with housework-

    AM1 10AM - 2 eggs and 3 whites scrambled, 3 turkey bacon, 1- 5 grain toast with CBIB spray, 1 cup tomato juice

    sipped throughout the day, PP concoction of 1 c FF CC, 2 scoops PP, 1/2 c skim

    Napped 1 hour

    PM - 4 oz Mozzerella, 3/4 c Italian Mix Vegetables

    Treat - 1 cup FF Hot Chocolate

    Going to bed early because I got up way too early this morning, and before the PM munchies set in. I will definitely plan food early in the AM tomorrow, and work-out before I go shopping.
