Boot Camp Challenge Day 46-Pop Quiz

  • Morning, troops! Let's start the week by finding out what we know, and what we don't know, about exercise! Here is the link to the quiz I want you to take:

    There are 13 questions in all. I got 10 of the 13 right, and learned a bit in the process! So, take the quiz, then we'll see where we are in terms of exercise smarts!

    I need to get my workout in today, even though I really don't feel like it. I know once I get started then I'll feel good...but getting started can be the tough part sometimes!

  • Hi Sarge: Good quiz. I have the same score as you. 10 out of 13. A couple of strange questions, but generally good.

    I probably won't get in more than 30 minutes today. My days seem to be busier and busier. When you retire you are supposed to be able to take it easy now and again. At least that is what I thought.

    I walked for 35 minutes at work today. I hope to get in my 1 mile WATP tape yet tonight too, if I do I'll report on that later (or tomorrow).

  • I did a nice 40 minute brisk walk. The weather was way too beautiful to be inside!

    I got 9 right on the quiz. The question about which diet didn't exist really got me! They all sounded corny to me! I also learned a little about the "correct" number of calories to eat in a day (based on BMR).
  • Lizzie reporting exercise. Did better than I thought. 30 min. Bike riding, and 25 minutes walking. Will do better tomorrow.
  • WOW! I got 11 0f 13 right. Wish I could of had the money that went along with the correct answers.
