Phase 2 & wasa crisps, can i have these?

  • ok, so i am in need of a "crunch" food, & celery & nuts are getting boring, so can i have a few of these when i realy "need" them?

We have added wheatbran and wheat fibre to the 100% wholegrain rye flour, to make the bread particularly good for your body. Three slices of Wasa Fibre gives you almost 30% of your daily dietary fibre requirement, as well as important B- vitamins and minerals."

Ingredients: Rye flour (wholegrain), wheatbran, sesame seeds, water, wheatgerm, wheat fibre, salt.
