I am missing.........NOTHNG!

I ate a candy bar the other day. Hmmmmm, where did the taste for it go? I didn't even finish it!!
I went to the fridge and looked for something familiar to keep me company.
Naw, I did not want this, that or anything else that I saw.
I went and got the BOOK and looked up some recipes and looked at the foods that can be added in and then had some nuts!
I am surprising myself with ME. I look at life differently and my thought patterns are umm...HEALTHY!

I don't miss my weight, but I do wonder where it went and I have to admit wonder if it will come back when I am not looking.
I still look in the mirror and see "fat" but, it is disappearing and I then marvel at a tummy that I never had or see curves where there were none.
I am not missing my JUMBO clothes because I am still wearing them!
NOT as a reminder, but I can't find any that will fit due to the weight loss being more in the butt and legs and not around the waist...although I have lost 2 inches there!
!Am I missing my whinning? Well, I have to think about this.
I think that I whine inside now and not on the outside and the tone is softning.

Everything you just wrote is exactly what is inside my head. When you talked about your jumbo clothes and your waist being bigger so you have to keep wearing the bigger clothes, I almost fell on the floor, because I came here this morning planning to discuss that very thing!! (I'm hearing theme music from the Twilight Zone right now!)

They're too big, they look terrible on me, and they're GONE!
But lately I have noticed a slight change. I've purchased a couple of XL shirts from Goody's. Before when I tried them on they were a snug and I didn't feel comfortable wearing them. But I have one on today and I feel pretty good. I am hoping to lose some more so I can go out and buy some more clothes that don't make me look pregnant
So get this....we ended up splitting most of the food, and what I did eat didn't seem to agree with my digestive system (if you know what I mean!).
I guess it means I don't really MISS IT after all!
