after a short bout of posting here I got hooked on the journals, so even though I check up on everyone here every day I haven't posted in a while. But this board is what converted me to 3FC, so I just wanted to thank everyone who posts. And let you know that the scale showed a 1lb loss today!! The first loss in months!!!
