    I'm going to set myself a 30km running target too.
  • I hoped that I would increase my exercise goal in March, but I'm dealing with knots in my upper back muscles. I'm not quite sure what's going to work this month, and I don't want my exercise goal to add to the stress. I think keeping it at 1500 minutes will provide motivation to be creative about figuring out what works without added pressure.
