Need help and advice. New!!!

    I need help! I have been on this diet for three weeks and haven't lost a pound. And I know the cause. Night Eating. I do good all day and the night comes and I can's stop eating. I need help..... HELP!!!!
  • Well you need to do 1 of 2 things.

    1) find something to occupy your mind in the evenings after you plan out your day

    or

    2) maybe try night journaling. This is where you start your day with dinner and work it out over to the next day right before dinner.
  • or eat a little more durring the day so you are not starving when you get home.

    Also i find that having dinner ready, (I doubble cook, freeze 1/2) so I know that i have dinner ready to go for that night in the morning.

  • The usually cause of night eating is boredom or not eating enough good foods during the day - try having 5-6 smaller meals with a little protein or fat at each and you will probably be amazed at how much better you do.
