  • Since I made both my exercise goals in March I'm going to try and do a bit more in April.

    April Goals: 400 minutes and 11 days of exercise of at least 20 min per session

  • I am trying to increase my steps.
    I did barely any walking for the last 4 months so I have upped it this month and Im trying to do at least 5000 steps a day for the month to get me into the habit of doing it and then with a goal to increase it next month again. So I figured that 5,000 steps over the month (with one day off a week!) should be around 130,000 steps

  • Everyone looks like they're doing really well with their exercise. As for me, I'm struggling to get myself motivated to get moving. I'm thinking of buying a Fitbit like LittleLostMe has done. Maybe that will help. The weather was very nice today and I managed to get walk in.
