    Sunday- 30 minutes swimming

    Monday- Rest day


    Tuesday- Leisa Hart Burn The Fat-30 minutes aerobics
    Donna Richardson four day rotation-abs section (15m)


    Wednesday-Firm Super Body Sculpt strength training-upper and lower body
    Leisa Hart-yoga 10 minute segment



    Thursday- Donna Richardson Brazilian workout-So much fun!
    Tamilee Webb seated stretch

    Friday- Leslie Sansone one mile super challenge and leslie
    sansone 10 minute tone up

  • Sunday - 55 minutes aerobics (Richard Simmons Sweatin' 3), 30 minutes stretching (Karen Voight Pure & Simple Stretch)

    Monday - ? (maybe nothing -- I've been fighting a sinus infection for a couple of weeks [finally gave in and started on antibiotics on Friday] and it's totally kicking my butt )

    Tuesday - 30 minutes aerobics (Leslie Sansone 2 Mile Walk)

    Wednesday - 25 minutes aerobics (aerobic portion of Great Changes video), 20 minutes yoga (yoga for women)

    Thursday - 30 minutes aerobics (macarena workout), 20 minutes toning (bone-building, body-shaping)

    Friday - 30 minutes aerobics (Tamilee Webb Motown Moves)
  • monday swimming 40 lengths. (plus compulsary spa and sauna)
  • Sun- None, my rest day

    Mon- 1 hour Yoga

    Tues- 40 minutes Cardio (20 on bike, 20 on elliptical) weights

    Wed- 30 minutes of Yoga

    Thurs-

    Sat-
  • 3 circuits @ the gym tonight.
