May Exercise Challenge

  • My goal for May is 1500 minutes, including at least 25 stretching sessions and at least 10 strength-training sessions.

    I better stick with a modest goal of 600 minutes. With warmer weather, the pool is open and I can walk back and forth across the shallow end while reading.

    I will add a bonus goal of another 300 minutes. Might be tight as I have a couple of out of town trips before the end of the month, but I'll give it a try!
