Smile May Exercise Challenge

Let's dance our way into the Merry Month of May!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

My goal for May is 1500 minutes, including at least 25 stretching sessions and at least 10 strength-training sessions.

I better stick with a modest goal of 600 minutes. With warmer weather, the pool is open and I can walk back and forth across the shallow end while reading.

May1: 30 min water walking
May2: 45 min outdoor walk
May3: 45 min water walking
May4: 60 min water walking
May5: 45 min water walking; 40 min outdoor walking
May6: 30 min water walking
May7: 45 min water walking
May14: 30 min water walking
May16: 50 min water walking; 25 min exercise bike
May17: 65 min water walking
May18: 50 min water walking AM; 30 min PM
May19: 45 min water walking

***** GOAL MET *****
Add Bonus Goal of another 300 minutes

May20: 60 min water walking
May22: 25 min water walking
May25: 30 min exercise bike

TOAL MINUTES: 750

Modest goal of 600 minutes met May 19.
I will add a bonus goal of another 300 minutes. Might be tight as I have a couple of out of town trips before the end of the month, but I'll give it a try!
