  • Monday-Walked 18 min. this morning... Yippee a good way to start the week.
  • MONDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles
  • Monday
    Gazelle 15 min.. 100 crunches 60 push ups

    Teensy - are you proud???
  • Muddy morning....
    We got in 5.5 this muddy mucky morning. My legs felt like they weighted a hundred pounds with all that mud.

  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 24 minutes lower body TBT.
    Wasn't able to do thigh presses, so the time was shorter than a normal lower body workout. Used extra weight on the ones I could do though.

    WTG Chrisd-- Yes, I am proud of you.....but better yet, aren't you proud of yourself??
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 30 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Monday....

    Walked 2 miles and 40 minutes of wt training and floor exercises.

    Walked 3 miles and 40 minutes of wt training and floor exercises.

    Got in my 4.5 miles
  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 30 minutes lower body TBT.

    Received my part yesterday....so was back in the saddle today!!
  • Wednesday - Got to gym
    5 minutes eliptical
    lower body on weights & circuit
    30 minutes treadmill
  • Wed...

    Got in 3 miles and 35 minutes of wt training and floor exercises.

    Got in my 4.5 miles, at a pace, but at least I went!
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 28 minutes upper body, TBT.
  • Thursday,

    Walked 3 miles, got in 25 minutes of wt training.
