Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will your diet plan. I found out that the best solution to my problem was to start small. Change little things along the way until i could manage doing an intense workout without binging on food afterwards. Starting out with 2 hour workouts is not a good idea, the last thing you would want to do is burnout. start slow, by all means cardio is awesome but 30-40 minutes a day is all that you need
