    I am newish to the IP diet, and wondering if Nutri Wise is the same nutrition amounts as the IP items? I am assuming it is but wanted to check. I have found the ProtiDiet are similar and they are cheaper. I do see a coach and am not sure if I will be in trouble for subbing out items.
  • I think Nutri Wise is a good alternative. I use only aternatives and I am doing it on my own.
  • This is my first time using alternatives so I can't say if they are an exact match or not with IP products, but I'm assuming they are approximate.
