I have gained and lost weight many times and at age 39 it doesn't get any easier unless we practice good eating habits.
Whatever you do stick to a simple but affective diet. You want see progress right away like others at times but key is stay positive.

I had another off day but at least this time I didn't eat to many sweets. Stress eating isn't good for anyone and chewing gum only makes matters worse after it loses it's flavor.
