    My November goal is 850 minutes and 8 x strength training.

    October was too hot to walk after work, but the pool was closed so no swimming. I didn't do well at all!
    My November goal will be a very modest 500 minutes of intentional exercise.
    Nov7: 25 min outdoor walk
    Nov8: 35 min Classical Stretch AM, 55 min outdoor walk PM
    Nov15: 20 min exercise bike AM; 30 min PM
    Nov23: 30 min outdoor walk
