I had been kind of stuck for a couple of weeks, and decided that I needed to really pay attention to portion sizes as I was really stuffing my face, and I guess it paid off!! I've also started doing the 1 mile WATP tape this past week, which is a major change for this couch potato, so I'm sure that's helping also.
