  • good evening! worked at old navy today. before i left for work, i did 2 miles leslie sansone. power walked and ran errands after i punched in. when i punched in, i read the literature on what was going to be what with the covid restrictions. that took me about 2 hours. i took my time doing it as i wanted to make sure i had a clear under standing of what was what. i was done about noon. i took my 15 minute break. then i helped process shipment. while we weren't open to the public, we were helping with online orders. after i got home, i went for a power walk and ran errands before supper.

  • Happy Thursday, Everyone!

    No workout today. The chemo port placement procedure Tuesday went well. The incisions are still a little tender. I was told not to do anything strenuous for a few days. Otherwise, I feel pretty good today! I get the dressings removed and the sight checked this afternoon. Hopefully I will be able to do some light exercise tomorrow.
