I have a non-scale victory from today to share, though it's kinda embarrassing. The thing is, I know so many of you will understand EXACTLY where I'm coming from! So here goes: I wore a skirt to work for the first time (with no pantyhose, tights, or anything). Now, that'd be nothing amazing, except for the fact that I haven't been able to comfortably wear a skirt/dress with bare legs in FOREVER--due to that fun, unsightly "thigh rub." Not to mention the fact of how horribly uncomfortable it can be!
Anyway, the reason I even wore the skirt, was because I can't stand wearing my way-too-huge size 20 pants anymore--they are looking comical and are getting annoying. So I wore the skirt, felt comfortable & pretty all day, and realized it was a non-scale victory! I teach preschoolers, and even THEY were complimenting me! It was so sweet.
It's fun to look & feel more feminine again.I'd love to hear any other non-scale successes--they are so motivating to read!!

Wherever did I put my hypercolor, hmmmmm. Got a great laugh out of that, I haven't thought of those shirts in years, who ever thought that wearing a shirt that changed colour when you got all hot and sweaty was a cool thing? Oh I guess me I had one
