  • My June exercise goal is 45minutes of cardio per day and at least1 day of swimming a week.

    -Starting small since I am jumping back into this after quite a while of inconsistency.

  • Thanks for the new thread! I hope to have as many if not more active minutes this month since I obliterated my goal last month! I am going to say I want to do 60 minutes of activity a day. Times 7 days a week equals 420 minutes a week for a total of 1680 minutes in the month of June. Good luck everyone!!
