So a month ago I got a "total gym" and while I like it... I am having a few problems.
1. I am in serious pain. I have been doing it just like every other day and I don't work the same thing every time but I am really weak. I feel like I have to really stop as I am in pain. Is this normal for someone who is really weak? I got the TG because I knew I was weak.
2. I have been doing this for a month with reducing calories about 200 under my RMR. And I have lost zero on the scale. In fact I am gaining. I am trying to keep in mind that the weight lifting process probably can make me gain about 5 lbs or more but I am wondering when I will know for sure that something is happening.
3. I have been checking measurements but I don't see any change. Admittedly I have long sucked at that. But I don't notice any change in clothing either.
