I can't believe that my GW for this challenge will put me solidly in the 210's, a weight I haven't been in about ten years... maybe more! Best of luck, all!
  • Way to go on your whoosh RunningRedHead. Seriously though, I think we really are weight loss twinsies. My goal weight this round is just a fraction off from my lowest weight in over a decade, too. We have to stop meeting like this.

Best of luck to everyone as they continue the challenge!

  • You're doing great DayDreamer!

I did not late-night snack any of the days in March...this is a BIG win, for me. Even if the scale does not show much downward progress, I do know that solving my late-night-snacking will go a long way to creating a better maintenance-mindset, for me.
  • Beeps2011: I am a BIG night snacker too! I try to stick with healthy options. I sometimes purposely save a few calories just to be able to snack before bed. So if you find yourself unable to cut those cravings at night, you acould always try to plan for them.
