Hey y誕ll. I知 back on the beach. Time to take care of me. I知 pumped and ready!! I just want to know if almond flour is allowed. Phase 1? Phase 2? I remember most of the other stuff. And, I bought the book at a thrift store. I started Monday. Third day in and I知 feeling good. A little headache but that痴 okay. I know it all for a great cause!! Lol

Almond flour is allowed on P1 since nuts are allowed. I think there is a recommended limit but I can't find it right now.
